Pre-Press
With up to date software and late model computers our internal pre-press department insures that your files are properly prepared for the printing process. Fonts are checked, images optimized, links and knife sizes are confirmed. (Please note that pdfs with embedded images limit the optimizing options available to us). When this "preflight" check is completed, your job is electronically assembled and press proofs are created. Once you approve the proofs, printing plates, knives, foiling and embossing blocks are made and the job is sent to press

Foiling
Forbes’s beginnings stem from foiling which remain a very important part of the service we offer. Foil of various colors can significantly enhance the design of packaging.

Embossing
The embossing or de-bossing of logos or images on packaging can also further enhance your packaging. 

Die-cut

Using large format flatbed die cutters, die cutting is achieved with high precision and accuracy, automatically stripping away the areas required for recycling.

Gluing

Offering straight line, crash bottom,  Geitz style gluing, window patching and many other options our range of gluers can handle almost any carton concept.
